Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Also featured in this new document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling various sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
Additional images disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
